Brian has cut his teeth in both internet comedy and film/TV promo for over 15 years, making his teeth possibly too sharp. However, that doesn’t detract from his elastic voice, which can plunge into gritty gravitas or spike upwards into the helium-infused realm of Mickey Mouse and Pee-Wee Herman – all with a wry, cheeky wink. He’s voiced superheroes, submarine captains, heart puppets and horror movie trailers. But in the middle of his range lies a surprisingly warm, relaxed friendliness, like you’re sitting on the couch with him, eating pizza and watching a documentary about killer whales. Maybe his voice is selling you the pizza, maybe it’s talking about the orcas. But either way, you’re having a good time.
