Excellent Talent breaks open the sound booth, opening an acting division as they continue to make waves.
With over twenty five years as one of the leading Voiceover talent agencies in the UK, Excellent Talent has decided to expand its creative reach, by launching its very own Acting Division, and has signed top agent Josie Rollin as its Head of Acting for Stage and Screen.
Excellent Talent was acquired by Bonnie Nordling in November 2020. Bonnie, a USC Film and TV Production graduate, spent her youth in theater education and was a part of the London’s Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, stringent theatre examinations. She learnt her craft at Benztown Branding, an international audio production studio, where she spent nine years as Director of Finance, interacting with a roster of over 200 voiceover talent. When Excellent Talent offered the opportunity for Bonnie to have her own agency, she jumped at the chance.

Bonnie Nordling has her two “Super Agents” by her side, Natalie Edwards and Yashi Woodburn heading the voice over talent, and now she is thrilled to bring in a new “Super Agent”, in Josie Rollin. A powerful female partnership, ready to stake their claim on the industry. And as the industry becomes more fluid, having a base in London and one in Los Angeles, has made sure that Excellent Talent is a twenty four hour a day agency.
Josie Rollin comes from Collective Agents. After obtaining a BA Communications Theatre/Media degree, studying Film and Television in New York and learning production in the dynamic and fast paced world of Bollywood, Josie then quickly climbed the production ladder of Australian TV, before moving to London.
Josie says, “I am incredibly excited to join this powerhouse team of women at Excellent Talent. To head up my own acting department has been a dream of mine and the fact that I’m bringing my brilliant list of actors with me, has further fueled the fire within. I cannot wait to see the heights we reach together.”
In 2017, Josie started her Agenting journey and has since uncovered a proven aptitude for discovering, nurturing and managing actors for Stage and Screen, building clients careers and securing their dream roles. Some highlights include: professional debut’s on the West End, The National Theatre, and lead roles on UK Tours, series regulars on soaps, Hulu & Disney series, as well as a number of guest lead roles and screen debuts on Netflix, BBC, ITV, FX, Amazon, not to mention national and international ad campaigns and multiple VO roles for feature films and DreamWorks series.
